Payment
How do I pay?
The following payment options are available:
- EFT (Electronic funds transfer) – For payments in ZAR only
- SnapScan – Available at our office/barcode can be emailed to you
- Cash – only applicable when you collect in person
- Credit Card (via PayGate) – Please indicate should you wish to pay by credit card, the link will be emailed to you.
- Telegraphic Transfer (International Customers) – We have four CFC accounts into which payment in the preferred currency can be paid.
Where do I get the appropriate banking details?
The appropriate banking details will be provided to you on the formal quotation.
Should I pay before collection?
Snapscan and Cash payments can be made at collection. (Local collections only)
Do I need to pay in full on confirmation of my order?
International orders – Yes.
South African orders – We require a 50% deposit on confirmation of order, balance prior to dispatch/collection.
Shipping
Can the mannequins be couriered?
Yes, our trusted couriers can assist with national and international services.
You may also appoint your own courier service.
I'm not in South Africa. Can you ship to my country?
Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the world, send us an email and let us know where you need them shipped.
Please note that there may be additional international shipping costs.
How are the forms shipped?
The forms arrive in a box unassembled. Assembly instructions are included in the carton.
All shipping information and documentation will be confirmed prior to despatch to ensure as smooth a process as possible.
Ordering
How long do I need to wait to receive my order?
All Figure Forms® products are manufactured to order. Our lead time is dependent on the amount of orders already placed in production.
Selected items may be kept in limited stock (e.g Tailors friend® and Half Scale dress forms)
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be only cancelled within a period of 7 working days from date of confirmation of the order (receipt of deposit and/or written confirmation of the order). Within the 7 day period, and at Figure Forms discretion, the deposit may or may not be refunded depending on the progress of the order. After expiry of the 7 working day grace period, the deposit in non-refundable.
Is there a bulk order discount?

What if I don't know the model code?
Please send us an enquiry with your details and requirements (size/measurements, body type, features, etc.). Our sales team will be able to provide detailed product specifications and guidance on models for you to choose from.

All our forms are made to order but we do have a few stock items available at our factory if you would like to see them in person!
